I'm back. Will try to update more.
note : try
the sermon last week.
on Friday Jesus was crucified, leaving people in despair.
on Sunday Jesus resurrected, and hope was returned.
we were once without purpose and lost.
but now, we're with a direction in life,
ALL BECAUSE JESUS IS RISEN.
so remember the next time,
when you think you're leaving in a Friday,
Sunday is not far,
Sunday will come.
I know my Sunday is near.
currently reading God's psychiatry. its a great book!
Psalm 23
A psalm of David.
1 The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want.2 He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters,
3 he restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.
6 Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.
the first verse. Ps. 23:1
The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want.
the sheep know that the shepherd has made plans for their grazing tomorrow.
the sheep know the shepherd ample provision for them today, so will he tomorrow.
the greatest source of human worry is about tomorrow.
the women going to the tomb of Jesus Easter morning missed the beauty of the early morning sun and the glory of the flowers along the way. They were worrying about who would roll away the stone. And when they had got there it was already rolled.
phil. 4:19 - My God shall supply all your needs.
with this faith we can work today without worrying about tomorrow.
*hope this puts a smile on ur face. God Bless*
